As previously stated, there are many jurisdictions across Canada and abroad trying to address the challenges of making the taxi industry more responsive to the needs of the travelling public.
Some of those attempts have resulted in further challenges through the courts. We have included some of those as well, including a Supreme Court case involving The City of Calgary and its taxi industry. We have started to compile these challenges.
