NEW Voters for Taxis has launched a Public Education Series, presented to help inform the community of issues and challenges related to addressing and improving the taxi industry business model.
The first in this Series is titled "What’s the Right Number of Cabs? Debunking the Myths, Confronting the Realities." and can be accessed under the new Public Education Series tab, as well as the Press Release regarding its launch.
We have added a new section titled: Notes from TLAC.
Output from TLAC (Taxi Limousine Advisory Committee) in the way of agendas and useful minutes and reports of relevance to the taxi customers and citizens of Calgary has been sparse.
To assist the viewers of this website with that information, we will be presenting, under this new heading, some of our notes of the TLAC meetings and events we are attending on behalf of the taxi customers and citizens, as well as our perspectives on those meetings and events.
This new section can be found following the Events Calendar section.
